 For Hatching Eggs : most USPS packages will ship to your doorstep but on some occasions they may be held at your local post office. In that case you will need to pick them up. It is important to manage your emails.  A email with tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. You can track your order on USPS TRACKING WEBSITE. It usually takes 2-4 days to arrive. We are responsible for mail left at your local post office not picked up. 

For live bird shipments : your local post office will usually hold your order for you to pick up.  It is imperative that you manage your emails as a email with tracking number is sent once your order has shipped.  You can track your order on USPS TRACKING WEBSITE . We are not responsible for Mail left at your local post office not picked up. 

Guarantee for Hatching Eggs 

For every order of Hatching Eggs purchased from JUMBO CREEK QUAIL FARM :    We GUARANTEE a 50% Hatch Rate from the number of eggs they purchase as numbered on the product quantity of that specific order ( Not the extras we send on top of that number).  We commit to sending at least 25% extra eggs with each hatching egg order to help ensure a satisfying hatch rate for our customers.  

If a customer does not achieve a 50% hatch rate of their ordered quantity of Hatching Eggs. We will send them the amount of hatching eggs that did not hatch on another USPS shipment for a one time replacement of the defective amount of hatching eggs.

To be eligible for this replacement of Hatching Eggs Guarantee a customer must provide appropriate and correctly dated pictures of all the eggs on the date received and the date they did not hatch or were candled and positively determined to be infertile and non viable alongside the full order quantity of hatching eggs and the incubator being used. Also with a video of the incubator running for at least 15 seconds and is no older than 15 years old. A photo of the incubators brand, make and model will be required for eligibility of this guarantee. All photos and videos must be submitted to info@jumbocreekquailfarm.com within 48 hours of 50% hatch rate failure determination.

Live Quail Guarantee 

For a Live Quail order : most Live birds are shipped to your local USPS post office where they will be available for pickup. The Post Office will call and email  you upon your orders arrival.             JUMBO CREEK QUAIL FARM will also send you a email stating your order is available for pickup.  In the event any live Quail are not live and healthy within 12 hours of your possession from picking them up at your local post office you will need to send current dated pictures or video of your birds condition -as soon as you notice any failure to thrive from their journey-to determine the birds condition and number of birds that will need to be replaced. The conditions that determines replacement birds for the guarantee to be upheld are life threatening injury that renders a bird to not stand on two feet or deceased.  For these two conditions JUMBO CREEK QUAIL FARM will replace any quail in that state.  We will ship the replacement quail to your local post office within the timeframe that is specified on our website of current ship times in the description section of the Live Quail category from which the original order was placed.
